Best Times to Sell in Temescal & North Oakland

These two charts show two very "active" Oakland zip codes. Zip code 94609 is the Temescal neighborhood and 94608 is the North Oakland neighborhood (also known as NOBE).

The data in the charts are from 1/2018 to 12/2019 and show the max, median and minimum sold prices. What I take away from this data is that quarter 2 and quarter 4 are where the highest selling prices exist. If you want to sell your home - historically speaking - these are the two best quarters to do so.  Likewise, the 2018 and 2019 high sale prices were pretty similar, showing "stability" in neighborhoods as a whole.
